Ok, so we're bad at this...

Blogging doesn't come naturally. Nick has been trying hard to update his personal one recently but remembering about this one too is just too much!
It's a snowy day in Witney and we are "house-bound". Well there abouts anyway as the snow is deep. The neighbours have constructed LARGE snowmen out on the roadside and we will contribute too soon I guess! Emily has a new 1/10 size violin, Jasmine is Jasmine! We are all fit and well and awaiting news from a builder!!!

Family Update

I started writing this update late last night then my computer crashed! At that time I wrote how pleased we were that J's Chicken pox had cleared up and she only had a few scabs remaining. However this morning we have discovered that her sister appears to be spotty! The period of imprisonment starts again!

A bad night's sleep

Everyone is grumpy today - Jasmine returned from visiting Granny & Grandad Speller last night and she awoke when she got home - she was so excited she could not get back to sleep. She went on about Great Granny and Mabel and Granny and Grandad and Fifi (her new present) and wanted to play in the garden (10:30pm by now) and she wanted to tell Emily all about it (asleep since 8:30pm). She kept this up until way after 11:30pm (by this stage in our bed, in the dark and STILL chatting!). She fell asleep then Emily awoke and wanted to see her little sister (about 2:30am by now)... needless to say we slept through the alarms and only woke up at about 7:30 needing to rush about to get everyone to school/nursery (in a tearful state!). Leaving Nick working from home (as it was very foggy too). Lets hope tonight is a bit more restful!
